big weight loss

Hi all,

Hope your all enjoying the fab weather. Ive nearly completed my first week doing simply filling and have really enjoyed it. I hope ive lost a few pounds, my weigh in is Wednesday morning.

Anyway, i was just wondering is anyone else completely sticking to this plan rather than doing a combination of this and counting points and if so have you lost lots of weight sticking to one. I would love to stick to this healthy eating plan all the time as it soooo much easier than having to write everything down.
