Know we can have nut n fruit but are we allowed choc crunch and choc mint fugde? They r both meal replacement bars

yep the mint one and the choc one are lower carb than the nutty one too

The choc crunch are strange... Dry??? I feel like I could drink a river dry

yeah they are weird , although not as weird as the mint fudge , yuck !!! I prefer the exante bars or the tesco ones

I'm glad I'm not the only one not to like them. The breakfast bar is ok but the others, yuk! Don't mind the odd Tesco one for a bit of a change.

Just remember to check that it says meal replacement and not snack bars I don't mind the Biggest Loser bars but much prefer the Tesco Ultraslim ones.

Yep Biggest Loser Meal Replacement ones are, just not the snack type.

I agree, just make sure you have loads of water with it as they are tough to eat through.
