Hi Sbridge.. Yes definately, they feel much more toned and I have so much wobbly bits under my arms, lol.. and they have reduced too. Personal Trainer at the gym said this was a good exercise for upper arms. Give it a try for 2 weeks and then see how you think? xxx

Hi Girls

Am off on my hols on 27th and not been too good last few days, so off CDC til after my hols. It would be great if you could all carry on doing this, so that I can jump straight back in, so to speak? I've been doiong my exercises every day, its part of the course now, lol.. So will not fail this. Chat in a few days, and I will pop in between now and after my hols on the 13th Aug. xxx
