Well I'm pleased to say after a week of cheating, due to my birthday etc,
Chinese, chocolate cake, fajitas to name but a few......
Plus very heavy time of the month......
I was weighed today and I have stayed the same !
So back on track again .....
Fantastic, well done and happy birthday!! It's my 30th soon and I'm out with my mates on Saturday night so was worries about spoiling what I've done so far, but a stay the same would be amazing!!! Diners crossed
