ok hope these help you out a little if you have a sweet tooth like me lol
chocolate rich tea(each)-3syns on both
coconut cookie(each)3syns on both
coconut rings(each)2 syns on both
custard creams(each)3 syns on both
fruit shortcake(each)2 syns on both
ginger nut(each) 2.5 syns on both
malted milk(each)2 syns on both
nice( each) 1 syns on both
rich tea finger(each) 1 syn on each
hob nobs light(each)3 syns on both
 
Oooh I didn't realise nice biscuits are only 1 syn each - deffo going to have to get some of those - I had a digestive last night and felt it was a waste of 3.5 syns!

Been a bit naughty and had two nice buscuits with a cuppa! Liking the low syn value tho! :)

BEWARE this is an old thread better to go with the 20 cal per 1 syn rule.

crawford nice biscuits are 39 cal each so would be 2 syns per biscuit.
 
Just looked at nice biscuits on sw app and they're 1.5 each. I know it's only half a syn saving, but half a syn is half a syn lol!!!
