Extra Easy Bloating help

#1
I've been happily following SW for the last 4 months and lost nearly 2 stone but recently found I feel bloated all the time. I do a mix of SP and EE days and it doesnt seem to matter what type of day I am on. Anyone got any suggestions for helping to reduce bloating?

I drink alot of tea and not much water on its own / or squash - not sure if this has an effect. My lunches tend to be soup abut dinners always different (although the same weekly stuff).

Its starting to really get me down as I've lost alot but dont feel great at all.

Congratulations on your weight loss- that's amazing!

Has the bloating been a recent thing or for your whole SW journey? Did you have it before? Maybe keeping a food diary and linking it to how bloated you feel- I know that bread, even just the hex b, bloats me immediately. Different things do it for different people- green veg bloat my MIL for example.

Hope that helps and good luck!

No, its only been a recent thing. Maybe I'll try removed different things each day like bread and cereal bars and see if anything helps. Cereal have been a new thing the last month or so with SP days I find it difficult to find a breakfast.

If I've understood correctly, you wonder if cereal is to blame because you've started having it on days when you do SP? What do you have on days which aren't SP? Could you replace cereal with eggs and tomatoes say? Or toast? Porridge, which is an unprocessed and wheat-free cereal? The bloating could be caused by the wheat in most processed cereal and some people find HiFi bars/Alpen Lights cause bloating.
