I've been happily following SW for the last 4 months and lost nearly 2 stone but recently found I feel bloated all the time. I do a mix of SP and EE days and it doesnt seem to matter what type of day I am on. Anyone got any suggestions for helping to reduce bloating?
I drink alot of tea and not much water on its own / or squash - not sure if this has an effect. My lunches tend to be soup abut dinners always different (although the same weekly stuff).
Its starting to really get me down as I've lost alot but dont feel great at all.
