Blue is my favourite colour..... Lexies journey

Well no aches apart from the most awful headache & stomach cramps from totm, been about a year since I had any this bad, have had to ring in sick at work. PJ day with hot water bottle required!!!

Well I'm a bit better today but stayed off work as didn't want any accidents! Have a day off tomorrow anyway so by the time I go back in totm will have more or less finished & I'll be ok. I've not been off sick since January last year so I'm not worried even though we have a really strict policy......
 
Well Race For Life date has come through & it's 8th July so 24 weeks away, should be fine by then. I'm nervous, excited & wondering how I'll look by then.......

Come on 24 weeks is 6 mths you will lose so much by then! :) you are so focused and once you start the shred DVD your body will have no choice but to be fabulous :)

Aah I've got my own cheerleaders lol!

Well zumba was so so much fun. Am also thrilled my friend who I dragged along with me who really wasn't wanting to loved it too!
 
Have the good old Friday night nerves again before weigh in! I hope I have a decent loss this week after a low one last week. I am back at docs next week & want a nice loss to show them..... Exercise is back on the up again, shred has arrived so will start that at the weekend & hope to get out running again as totm being so bad stopped me going out again.... Am still so happy at how well things are going, this is the healthiest I have felt for years!

Very happy, 3lb loss this week taking it to 37lbs in 15 weeks & a 15 at the beginning, it may only be just but I don't care!!!! Am also only 1/2lb off being 3 stone lighter than I was at my biggest last May. And all this now taking just one xen a day. OMG I really am doing this
