    just a silly quick one....

i have used 2 different BMI calculators and come up with 2 different results even though i have been 100% accurate with my numbers....

    Any ideas?

One was American and the other was on the NHS website......

The american one is telling me the same as the stats on the side of minimins and the spreadsheet in the sticky, but NHS has me as a lower BMI...now of course i would prefer the lower one ;) but i want to make sure i'm working to the right one....especially being so close to "healthy" :D

    xx

Every single BMI calculator I have used is different! The one my CDC uses and the ones my doctors use are different too. I tend to go by the minimins one. I think you just have to pick one and stick with it.

Heheh the NHS calculator has me at 38 instead of 39... I hope my fertility consultant uses that one!

I have no answer to which is most accurate but I love playing with this bmi calculator. You get to see how fat or thin you are at different weights.... Simple pleasures.
