body fat test a gym

Every 6 weeks i can have free body fat test at my gym by my one to one personal trainer.......
after holiday my body fat was 41% and now its 39.7 % he said this was getting better and to be happy..... whats body fat supposed to be?

  • 10-12% - Essential Fat
  • 14-20% - Athletic Fat Levels
  • 21-24% - Fitness Fat Levels
  • 25-31% - Acceptable Fat Levels
  • >32% - Obese
 
Yeah roughly 25% - 31% is a healthy level of fat! The above chart is correct!
 
Keep going though! Youre doing well, body fat does take a while to reduce but once you see results its definately worth it! Do you have personal training sessions? If so how do you find them?
