Tai chi is that a bit like yoga? wouldnt mind doing something like that supposed to be really good for you :)

Not really like yoga - mostly done standing up (although there are some classes which do seated tai chi). I don't know much about it yet as I have only just started, but it focuses on very slow and controlled movements. Good for balance and stability and flexibility.
 
well im up and planning on going for a run today not a great runner but im gonna follow the running plan in this months slimming world to get me up and running so wish me luck if i dont thread back send out a search party haha :8855:
Also got an aqua aerobics class this evening, love aqua aerobics as its excersise but you dont feel like your doing it! :cool:
