I've just got back from this class at my gym... and I'm knackered! I thought it would be like a regular step aerobics class which, I can cope with quite well but it focuses on certain areas of the body for each 'dance' and then varies the speed. Phew!

personally i think the aqua classes are fab, water eases the intensity a bit

id also say body combat or body pump is fine, but i would give attack a miss for a while!

Not lar croft - I would suggest Zumba - all shapes, sizes and fitnes levels come to the classes I go to.

i love les mills programmes, attack, combat and pump being my faves. tried body jam aswell, love it but its the only gym in my city that does it is very expensive :(

my gym only offers attack, combat and pump
