Go and get measured for a really good bra.......lots of bras have a shape definer/improver built in know.
Also invest in some bust firming cream Clarins and Lancome do contour firming cream. It can make a real difference.

I am sure Jason will offer to rub it on if anyone is stuck.

I've gone from a 42F to 36DD - and I seriously miss those puppies!

Getting properly sized is so important. The best place I know for that is Rigby & Peller in Conduit Street, London. Their bras are a tad on the pricey side, but definitely worth paying the extra to know that you're wearing the correct size and your boobies look the best they possibly can

Did anyone see this new multi way bra advertised in the press this week? There's over a hundred ways to wear it cos it's got lots of little hooks within the strap so it should fit under any outfit!

oooohh that looks complicated....although the idea of always having the right bra with the right top is soooooo appealing.....must wait til I get to goal before I get one....boobs are probably gonna be subject to shrinkage on CD....that being the one thing I HATE about this diet....I used to love my boobs...
