Book Needed?

Do I require a guide book to be successful at GL diet? would it be recommended to purchase one?

They are a helpful guide! The holford or gallop books are good and cheap on amazon.

I would at least try to borrow one from the library if you don't want to buy, especially if you're going to be counting GLs as this would be impossible without a reference. Even if you're not going to count, as Lauren said it's good to have a guide.
