Saw the diaries and have been reading them and getting some good ideas etc
so thought I'd start my own
so first day on plan today
breakfast
egg omelet with ham and grilled tomato
a slice of wholemeal bread from small loaf
large glass warm water dash of lemon juice

lunch
homemade butternut squash soup
2 ryvita
fruit salad ( some apple, orange and pear ) in a bowl with a mullerlight yog
on top

Dinner
steak all visable fat removed and grilled
with steamed veg

so far had a breakfast of
a mullerlight yog
followed by a slice of wholemeal toast
and two rashers of lean grilled bacon
and a grilled tomato

have made a butternut squash soup to take to work
in a flask
with a small wholemeal roll 5.5 syns
and some fresh fruit

a packet of twiglets
and a skinny cow hot choc

It will indeed Jess the freezer is crammed full to bursting
with portions of frozen homemade soup
only thing is they are turning into missiles everytime you open the freezer one or other of them fall on your head

breakfast this morning

was 2 slices of ww wholemeal bread toasted
lc deli cheese blue cheese option taken as a syn
