Hi everyone! Finally got around to sorting out a food diary after being on WW 10 weeks now.
I hope it gives inspiration to others & shows that WW PP is a lifestyle change not just a diet & that it works with your life too.
A little about me - I'm a supplier quality engineer in the automotive industry & travel worldwide with my job so 'dieting' can be very difficult when you're plane hopping all the time but 10 weeks ago decided enough was enough & plucked the courage up & walked into my first WW meeting.
Best thing I did & now 10 weeks later I am 24.5lbs lighter & loving it.
I preplan all my meals as it helps me to stay in control of my points & not go astray.
I will post todays eats later. Hope everyone has a good Sunday. xx
