I think you know the answer to this already.

If you bear in mind that 7Up Free is not allowed, consider how vodka and wine figure into the scheme of things.

Since you don't have much to lose, if you stick to the diet, you should find yourself well on the way to your goal and consolidation in a relatively short period of time - at which point you can enjoy your weekend celebration meal with a glass of wine and the satisfaction that you stuck to the diet, reached your target and are now being doubly rewarded for your efforts - both losing the weight and enjoying it.

If you're having issues and external desires before you're finished with attack phase and looking to cheat with, of all things, alcohol, maybe you could look at your overall motivation and decide whether this diet or any other is the right thing for you at the moment.

Ultimately, you have to make a choice about what is more important to you.

I hope you manage to stick to it!
It's really worth the effort and by the time you reach your goal, you'll be so pleased you didn't end up cheating :)

I know it can be hard if you like an alcoholic drink, Anniek, but Brownie is absolutely right. And, as she says, you'll be very glad if you stick to her advice - losing that weight much more quickly and effectively. Keep reminding yourself how fantastic you'll feel and what a sense of achievement you'll have when you reach your target.

Good luck! :)

Good for you Annie, you'll notice a much bigger difference if you can stay off the booze!
