I bought a weighted hoola hoop in tescos a few days ago for about £14. I have been doing about 20 mins a day (per recommendations on lots of YouTube instructional videos) and I am feeling mild ache all around my waist. Mostly at the sides in those really hard to work on muscles. Am v excited. This is exercise I can do while having fun ( kids all hooping with me) and it's working!!
