I did it. an hour and a half of running round and punching pads.

I now feel as if i went ten rounds with tyson.

think i overdid it....

weigh in tonight,didnt do exercise for the weight loss however, have done this to tone up and its spurred me on because every time i punched i could feelmy bingo wings flapping about.

good job i stopped when I did or i wouldhave ended up hovering over the gym, all that bingo wing flapping i could quite easily have taken off!
