i usually have ww bread which now works out at 1pp ive heared that a normal slice of whole meal is only 1 aswell is this true even thou its alot bigger and more fillin than a small ww

ive heard its 2pp hun the normal brown bread, but im not 100% il ask at my meeting monday

I thought normal bread was 2pp for 1 slice and 5pp for 2 slices.
i think there are some breads like nimble that may be a bit lower but im not sure.

put up the info on the bread and we can work it out,,all breads are different

2 wholegrain nimble works out at 2pp using the wheel. I find it the most filling of the calorie controlled breads
