Breakfast Ideas.

Im just me!
Im starting tomorrow im after some help with breakfast.
 
It's not on the official list but every morning I have all bran and skimmed milk. All bran fills the requirements for a high fibre breakfast cereal in the USA list
 
I'm a porridge girl. I make it with skimmed milk, load it with fruit, a dollop of natural yogurt and sweetener. It fills me up til lunchtime! X

Can I have semi skimmed milk if I point it ? As all I have at home at minute xx
 
I have porridge too. Either plain or with a banana. Although think I might try all bran....
 
If I chose to have a simply filling day instead of pp can I have anything that's highlighted green in my shopping guide???
 
Im attempting to do this from home with no access to ww online, etc .. what 'FREE' foods can i have for breaky? ..

Ive seen
Shredded wheat
Bran flakes
oat so simple
beans
egg
bacon medallions
special K
any weight watchers bread products

correct me if im wrong with any of the above ...... and please add more if you know of any
