Breaking Barriers

Well mentally the one and a half stone mark has been mocking me since June, I just couldn't make it there, but this morning at weigh in I got my lovely new shiny sticker for my book, taking my total weight loss to 1 stone 8 lbs and my motivation is on a scale so large it can only be seen from space!
