Prawn, pasta and egg salad with mayo (1.5syns)

Jamie's Italian amatriciana pappardelle and a green salad (15syns guesstimate)

Muller, babybel (hea), banana
 
Friday food:-

Usual breakfast hea and heb

Mackerel in tomato sauce and salad

Dinner at Giraffe:- Cajun chicken with sweet potato mash (??? Syns)

Muller yoghurt, ham and laughing cow (hea), graze box (3syns), banana
 
Saturday food:-

Haigs sausages, egg, bacon, baked beans and x1 whole meal bread (heb)

M&S baked potato with chilli (7syns) with salad

Bella Italia Gamberoni (5syns)

1/2 iced bun (6syns)
 
Sunday:-

Haigs sausages, eggs, bacon, beans and x2 whole meal bread (heb)

Missed lunch, was so full from breakfast

Lentil soup and Gammon roast dinner, no syns except a Yorkie (2.5syns)

Meringue nest (3syns) with fruit and muller yoghurt
 
Monday food:-

x2 weetabix (heb), skimmed milk (hea), fruit

Large wedge of homemade frittata (hea) and salad

Chicken kebabs, spicy rice and corn on the cob

Another 1.5lb off yaay!

Thank you! I only need to lose another 1lb to get to my target but if I can lose another 2lb then that would be me back to what my weightwatchers gold card says back in 2005 lol!

After a slow start I'm really pleased how slimming world is working out for me. Still can't work out how it works! but enjoying munching away more than I've ever eaten.
 
I'm not quite sure how it works either but it does so I'll stick with it. I'm sure you'll manage to get that 2lb off before your wedding, fingers crossed for you x
