Hi BMIC - I keep thinking "must cook more new recipes" when I look at your diaries, and I never do! I WILL be more adventurous now, lol. OH just got to target last week, and I don't want him to feel deprived or bored so he goes back to old habits.

1lb off this week :). I just noticed my bmi is well under the 30s now. 30lb to go until I am within target, 38lb to go until I am at a weight I want to maintain. That doesnt seem so far off now to what it did when I first started my weight loss journey.

I have been using my fitness pal to add my meals plans each day (I love that site) and I am pleased to see I am well within my daily limit each day. I love how it estimates how much you will lose within 5 weeks. Slimming world definately needs a revamp of their site.

Sunday 8th August 2010 - Red Day

Breakfast:
42g of Raisin Bran with milk (1/2 HEa)(HEb) (first time having this HEb and it was yummy and filling)

I went to the mall today and treated myself to some new tops, it is my birthday on the 17th of this month so had some money to spend. It felt great shopping as the slimmer me, so much better trying things on, when things actually fit and look nice.

I bought 2 lovely tops from H&M and a couple of vest tops from Old Navy.
