brit's 2013 slimming world + fitbit diary :D - time to get skinny!!!!!

I'm going to be honest I haven't done the 30 day shred today Im just scared of the neighbours complaining and im being lazy. Now I'm back in Liverpool I have no excuse to go to the gym so might get back to 30 day shred when we move out of the flat and into a house (soon)


Anyway had a job trial today and I think it went well. The manager told me she was happy and that I had done well so im hoping to get the job. Fingers crossed :D

Todays food! On mfp it says I have had too much protein today think it could be the full tin of beans I had for breakfast oops :D need to stop doing that.


Breakfast:

  1. beans
  2. 2 slices of wholemeal bread (heb)
  3. bbq ketchup (2)
  4. Cheese (1.5)

Lunch:


  1. 2 boiled eggs
  2. Apple
  3. Salad Cream (1)

Dinner:


  1. Vegetable Lasagne
  2. Mushy Peas
Snacks:

  1. Fudge Cadbury Highlights (2)
  2. Mango Shape Fat Free Yogurt
  3. Frozen Summer Fruits
  4. 3 Mini Meringues (3)

Syns: 9.5

Weekly Syns: 45.5/105

Will Have to go low on syns for a few days :D

Miles: 4.85 Calories: 2020
 
that sucks about selling your kindle :( I hope you get the job. how about spaghetti hoops on toast instead of beans? it'd probably say too many carbs. Lol.

I know :(, im sticking with beans lol but only half a tin, theres no need a for a full tin (im trying to tell myself)

They said I will find out this week. Its good thanks but got on the scales this morning and im 1.5lb up! how?? stupid scales lol went to zumba this morning and my housemates has just asked me if I want to go for an hours walk so thats the exercise for the day. hows your weekend going? Did you have a nice meal? xx
 
I wouldn't worry about MFP telling you off re: protein! Mine says I eat too many carbs every day lol and I ignore it. As long as you're following SW and you actually need what you are eating then you'll be fine ;) x

Got up this morning and went to zumba. I love it on a sunday its really intense and I feel like im burning calories while having lots of fun. found out theres a zumbathon on for charity next week so hopefully I wont be working.
Came back, had my lunch then decided to settle down for the day but then housemate asked if id like to go for a walk around the park (takes about an hour) so off we went.


So because I burned over 730 calories today (according to myfitnesspal) I decided to have a green day and have a big snack including an extra heb and a hea hopefully this will be and I wont be putting weight on.


breakfast:

3. maple syrup (0.5)


lunch:
1. noodles
2. stirfry
3. sweet and sour sauce (2.5)
4. soy sauce



Dinner:
1. lasagne
2. baked beans


Snacks:

4. shape 0% fat passionfruit yog
5. 3 mini meringue (3)

well now its monday and decided to have a lazy day before work. I was going to walk to work (an hour) but that didnt happen.
Ive come to the conclusion that I lead a very boring life. Due to the lack of work all I do is read up on weight loss. My internet tabs consist of fitbit, myfitnesspal, wordpress (all blogs about weight loss), minimins and youtube videos (weight loss). Im obsessed!!!!! Maybe when I start working more it will change but i must be very boring to other people. All I talk about is slimming world or if i want or am going to the gym. I need an interest. Might start trying to learn spanish again or something or cooking but that's money I don't have.

Totally get what you mean... I think my OH is kind of sick of my regimes and stuff now lol... Blah Blah Slimming world Blah. It is a healthy obsession after all though lol!

yeah i suppose its better than my pizza addiction which is getting smaller :) I just feel like my friends are like "god your constantly dieting shut up" lol xx
 
well this morning started off with a gym session. Did 30 mins on the cross trainer and 30 mins on the treadmill didn't feel like doing any weights today. Jogged for 5 minutes without stopping for the first time ever!!! (big achievement for me :D) Overall burned 457 calories

After that went food shopping (my fave thing) got some bits to make a meal again. I am loving this batch cooking. Decided to make the cheesy broccoli bake but with pasta instead of potato. Just as nice and will be having it the next few days :D

I will be ragin if I get a gain on thurs because ive really tried, and that's what the scales are looking like. The body is a weird thing. :(

Hey Brit, food and exercise looking good, why do you think your in for a gain?

I think to succeed in weight loss you do need to get a little obsessed, I spend most of my time cooking, eating or thinking about food and my spare time is spent on here or on weight loss blogs (Boyf gets really mad with me but I find it inspirational) xx

just because ive been getting on the scales and looking which I shouldnt do but then if I do gain at least I wouldnt be screaming at the scales in class haha.
because ive come off the pill my body is messed up so im thinking maybe im heavier cz of that?? or my portion sizes might be too big... will just have to see

yeah I suppose your right if I wasnt on here I would be probably wanting to eat the crap that I think about all the time lol.. I want to be a consultant in the future so its maybe good im obsessed hehe
