bruises

    Has anyone else noticed there bruising more easily?.....
    either i'm sleep walking and wrestling with tyhe fridge or loosing the fat layer is making me bruise from day to day routines lol! xx

    I cant say that I have but my fingers and toes get cold these days!

    Havent noticed bruises but my feet are usually freeeezing. They are cold at the best of times but can hardly feel them these days. I keep putting the car heater on them much to my daughter's horror.

    I bruise like a flammin' banana these days. I have some on my back, my thighs and knees.

    I dunno why LT does this.

    Yes when I lost weight quickly a while back I started getting bruises, I was exercising a lot too, are u doing this? I went to the doctors about it, he wasn't too sure but I reckoined it was to do with that!

    Hadn't thought of that, yeah they have appeared since i started exercise...strange?! x
