After a horrifyingly damaging weekend in Leeds I am more determined and back on track than ever!!!
I do not know why in a quarter of a century in life I have not learned that drinking is very bad for me and do is curing hangover with tonnes of food... Oh well, now I know! Again!
So today I'm feeling much better but not healthy so I wanna get on track again. Will try and give Jillian a go later... Luck (and strength + willpower) is much needed!
