Fluffy lil flutterby :)
Thought i'd start one of these....see if it helps with my weight loss :)

Today i went to weigh in- and i am now at 20st 5.5lb (2st 1.5lb lost so far)

Breakfast
nada (woke up late-oops)

Lunch
Minestrone Mugshot
Ruby hifi bar (HEB)

Snack
4 fat free sausages (4 syns)

Dinner
2 fat free sausages (2 syns)
big bowl of super speed soup
1/4 of a half syn roulade
1tbsp strawberry jam (2syns) ~ damn cravings!!!

Total Daily Syns~ 8

not the healthiest day-yes, i didn't go over my syns...but it's definitely not great.

Will hopefully improve tomorrow :)

Any feedback/suggestions is gratefully appreciated!

dry fried mushrooms and tomatoes

Lunch
1 scan bran (1 syn)
marmite
philly light (part of HEA)

Dinner
80g dry pasta (cooked of course :p)
handful cherry tomatoes
2 mushrooms
70g asda wafer thin ham
philly light (rest of HEA)

Rest of roulade (1/2 syn) <---will count as half as didnt count any syns for it yday
1tbsp jam (2syns)

Snack
Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns)
dash of milk (1/2 syn)
Roast Chicken mugshot
Scan Bran (1 syn)
Philly light (1/2 syn)

Dammit! i have a terrible memory- always forget to do this!

Ok imma just keep going with todays...because i really cant remember what i had yday- but i know i didnt go over my syns- i had 10 syns :)
