I think its a great idea to keep a food diary on here. That way I can see if I'm eating enough fruit and veg etc (or eating too much of the wrong thing!).Plus I have a brain like a sieve that conveniently forgets if I've ate anything Synful!
I'm sticking with the old fashioned green and original days as am working from an old book and going it alone.
So, todays menu:GREEN DAY
Breakfast: Nimble toast (HEB), Beans and fried egg (no oil)
Lunch: Roast chicken (HEB), potato's, parsnips, carrots, sprouts, Yorkshire pudding (3 syns), gravy (2 syns)
Dinner: Jacket potato, cheese (HEA), onion, quorn fillet
Drinks: Few coffees (HEA), litre of water (more if I can manage it)
Snacks: Fruit, activia yoghurts
Exercise - Hours walk
