Bumblebums Last Chance Saloon.....revisited!

Good morning all

Well I was on here a while back, did ok but then had a foray into SW. Got very fed up of being restricted to what I could eat so lapsed back into eating whatever I wanted! :eek:

I thought I was ok with myself...kept telling myself I was ok as there are bigger people than me. Well, there are. But they aren't healthy....and neither am I!! The other day I was exhausted climbing some stairs. So here I am again!

This has got to be the last time for me - am so fed up of the constant battling with myself.

Off to Sainsbugs shortly to stock up on fruit and veg. And then I'll work out a mealplan for the week so I don't get desperate and delve into the biscuit barrel!

Thanks guys! Feeling really positive so hopefully this is it!

Anyhoo....mealplan for today...

B: Belvita biscuits and coffee (200 cals)
L: Singapore noodles (417 cals)
D: Chicken, couple of fry lighted roast potato's, cabbage and gravy (approx 450 cals)

Leaves about 300 cals for any snacks :D

Sounds like a good day today, what made you give slimming world a go? I recall you doing really well with ccing... or has too much wine fuzzed my already shocking memory? x
For some reason the thought of eating all the pasta and potato I wanted sounded appealing....but to be honest the whole syns thing really bloody annoyed me! Not enough allowed to have goodies plus wine etc! :D On CC'ing I've allowed enough for wine today so I'm happy :D

Have to say though Im calming it down otherwise this damned weight will never shift. Gonna detox for a couple of weeks I think :D

Husband is dragging the exercise bike bank into the house tonight (he's so good to me!:p) and I''ve just agreed to go to aquarobics with my new boss:eek: so hopefully the weight will soon start to shift.

Todays menu:

B: Belvita and a coffee
L: Beef paste sarnies, apple
D: chicken, roast veg and a jacket potato
Snacks: Grapes, ryvita minis

Going for the 2 litres of water today too!

Well yesterday was a struggle but got through in the end!

Todays menu:

B: Coffee, graze banoffee pie box
L: Beef paste and cucumber sandwiches, grapes
D: Chicken, Fry Light roast potatos and roast veg

Snacks: prob ryvita minis and a banana
Drinks: still trying for 2litres of water!

Wednesday...and its going to be a struggle tonight as Mum and Dad are coming and we are making our own pizzas!:rolleyes: Got loads of veggies ready to go on top though so will try and be a bit easy on the cheese!:D

So, todays menu:

B: Graze punnet and coffee
L: Cucumber sandwiches and mini toms
D: Pizza!:D

Snacks: Apple.

Dunno what the calorie count will be yet. Hopefully not too horrendous!

Late on here today - busy day. Am off to Aquarobics shortly:wave_cry:. I may die......

Last night not too bad at all on the pizza front. Was quite restrained and also resisted the urge to snaffle the garlic bread!:D

So, todays menu looks a bit like this

B: Coffee and Graze punnet (88)
L: Sandwich and strawberries (251)
D: Baking potato, coleslaw, mushrooms and chicken nuggets (573)
Snack: Scone and cream:eek: (300 rough guess), ryvita mini (72)
Drinks: Coffee and water (20)

Total 1354 / 1616

Pretty happy with that as makes up for the slight overage yesterday and gives me a bit in hand for tomorrow and friday (espesh if I count in swim cals tonight)

Well, Aquafit was great fun. :D Haven't laughed so much in ages. Am sure I'll be more sensible next week:p
Going to sign up soon for a card from our local council where you can use all the facilities. Might encourage me to do this sort of thing more often!

Its the weekend coming up, which is always difficult. But I'm just going to approach it in the same way as weekdays and hope for the best.

well done on the aqua aerobics. Keep up the good work. :D I too am dreading the weekend a little. It's my first weekend on my new healthy eating plan and Im not sure how I will cope. Especially as it is usually full of Take aways, chocolate and lots and lots of wine!! Hoping the OH will be supportive and not want all the junk, but we'll see.

Oh, your weekends sound rather a lot like mine!:eek: I'm going to try and do this weekend without any wine at all and see how I do. Am hoping that if I get and do a bit of exercise I shouldn't have to worry too much about what I eat. Well, thats the theory anyway!:D
