Butternut and Carrot soup

    Last week I made a 12 Speed soup when people could be in the same room as me, later the next day! I was able to tell them how good it was!
    Today I made a vegetable version

    Butternut squash​
    Sweet peppers x2
    4 carrots
    Half a cup of split peas
    1 tin of beans
    Chilli flakes 1 tsp
    Chicken stock
    Season to taste
    Top up with water

    thanks for that recipe, had not thought of putting beans in, I used baked beans and split lentils as no peas in cupboard and it tasted very yummy, because its so substantial did not miss not having hot buttered toast,ha ha...

    yum ill add veg stock and make this vegan :)
