Butternut squash chips!!!

Have seen a few ppl raving about these. I first had butternut squash yesterday with my stew as they had no sessional veg in tescos. It was clearly fate lol

I love it. I need to know how to make the chips. And they are free too right???

Please someone tell me the recipe x

i dont par boil! i skin and cut into chip shapes, few squirts of low spray oil ad some garlic and throw in the over, maybe grill a bit to get crunchy

I tried these for first time tonight - yummy - got the recipe off a thread here somewhere.
Basically skin and clean out squash, cut into chip size chunks, sprinkle salt over, (if you have time leave 10 mins and pat dry with kitchen towel - makes them crunchier). Sprinkle paprika over (which was lovely) Cook on a tray sprayed with low fat oil in hot oven @ 210degC for 40 mins turning once. One thing is they shrink a lot so end up much smaller but really yummy!:)

I'll have to get back into my bns chips again.. I used to put potato wedge seasoning on them, just to dull the sweetness as a bit.
