I love the stuff

I know they are syn free (and speed) but what about the seeds???

If you were to roast them to sprinkle on a salad would you need to syn them like you would other nuts and seeds???

Ooh that is a good question!
I can't find a definitive answer to this but I think if I were eating them then yes, I would syn them.
I looked up the calories and apparently an average squash has 128 seeds, around 150 calories (so 7.5 syns)
