Right today I have had:

Breakfast: Exante bar
Lunch: Sushi
Dins: Chicken curry in low-fat sauce with small portion of rice

Yesterday I had some cheese and crackers (woops!) and two portions of home-made cottage pie with brocolli (yum).

ANNNNDD I am back on Exante TS from today! Feel like I had the little break my body needed and feeling much more determined to stick it out now. After over 8 weeks of being so so strict I just felt I needed a little break.

So....

I've had a banana shake for breakfast thus far :D

Not sure what effect my 5 days off will have on my weigh-in on Weds but even if I gain I really don't mind. I am viewing it for what it is - a well deserved breather!

So off we go again!

(and this time, no jelly, no Dr Pepper Zero, just Exante and water)
 
Well I've been back on 100% TS for four days now and all going fine. Don't feel anywhere NEAR as bad as I did on Day 4 last time!!! Been so busy though so maybe havent had time to notice!!

Pretty pleased to have only gained 1lb having taken 5 days completely off Exante!! I sooo needed it though...

Anyway, I'm back and this is it now. Not stopping until I get to goal!!
 
1lb gain in 5 days is amazing! Well done. I would have definitely gained more! I would have made very poor food choices. I'm only on week 3 and already planning my day off for about 5 weeks time :)
 
All went fine today. Have decided I far prefer bars and shakes to the soups so think I am going to order just those next time.

Anyway tired after a hard day at work today so adios for now.

Toots - I want that bum.

Off to see my parents today and my mum is cooking beef!! Argghh! Not only that, I actually made a Lemon Meringue Pie last night to take with us!!! BUT FEAR NOT!!!!! Bar and soup in bag :) Wish me luck!!!!
 
Well I resisted woohoo! Had a bar instead :) Thai Chicken soup waiting for me for dins yum.

Well end of day 7 being back on TS and I have to say this week has totally flown by probably due to being back at work.

Weigh-in not until Weds but I did a sneaky peak this morning and have already lost 3lb this week!! Looks like my bod really did need a re-boot after all :)

Pondering what to order next as I am coming to the end of my bumper pack. I love all the shakes and the bars but wouldnt really miss the soups I have to say. Although I LOVE the thai chicken soup... mmm not sure what to do!!
 
Well today was my 9th day in a row 100% and feeling really really good. I have sooo got the motivation now.

Getting to the end of my bumper pack so have ordered a bumper pack of shakes and a box of chocolate orange bars. I can easily manage without the soups (although I LOVE the Thai Chicken so will miss these but never mind) and faaar prefer the choc orange bars.

Just had a vanilla shake with cinnamon mmm! Delish!

Week 4 weigh-in in the morning!!!!
 
Week 4 loss = 6lbs!!! Hooray!!! Looks like my few days off did the trick!!

This brings my total loss since 28/11/10 to 30lbs! :D

Still going strong!

I had a black-tie sit down four course meal last night. Starter was smoked salmon of which I ate the tiniest bit of the salmon only. For main it was fish (there was no sauce on it so I just ate the fish and left the veg and rice) and I passed on dessert :) Also said no to coffee and chocs. AND I only drank water all evening!!

How good do I feel this morning!! :D:D

I also got loads of great comments about my weightloss as well :) I think it must be becoming very noticeable now...

My new box of shakes and bars arrived the other day so they are all set out in the kitchen. Got about 5 weeks' worth I reckon, which I think (as long as I stay 100%) should be plenty of time to get to my goal!
