Ok my 21 day challenge didn't quite go to plan.... :wave_cry:

But still lost 2lbs this week and last week so not too bad.

Feeling good at the moment though and been very good over the last couple of days. Got a couple of weddings coming up which is always good incentive to be strict!!!! :love047:

Can't believe I've been dieting for 20 weeks now, no wonder I'm struggling!!

Meh.

Anyway, keep calm and carry on!!

You're doing really well, 45lbs down and just 11 to go, so you're already 80% of the way there! Another 2lbs is great, and just think how fabulous you're going to look at those weddings!

Week 21 = -5lbs!!!!! Wahay!!! Shows what happens when I stick to TS 100% doesn't it!!

And that is now 50lbs gone!!!
