Bye bye baby belly!!

Oh my days I'm so excited!! I've just tried a few things on & they fit!!

I can do my jeans up!! Granted I cannot breathe in them or sit down but they still button up!!

Also the slinky dress I want to wear to the wedding in April does up too!! It's tight but with my "suck everything in" tights it looked great. Still got ages until the wedding so it'll look fab by then.

I'm just so pleased, it's given me motivation to push on :)

Although I'm having a cheeky McDonalds for lunch tomorrow & tapas Saturday night on a hen-do but that is the last of my naughtiness until a family meal on 15th March :) promise!!

I'm on a proper high now so doing my nails in bed to try & chill out lol xx

Well done hun, I bet you feel great :) I've not dared try my dresses on yet that I am desperately dieting to get into in time for my holiday at Easter.

3 weeks? Wow! I didn't feel brave enough to try & cook properly for a while but lil bug is 5 months now so it's much easier!!

I am soooo looking forward to not having to wear leggings all of the time :)

I'm not really on plan but I'm trying to minimise any more gaining until I'm ready to get back on it. I would like to start next week when she is 4 weeks old (we will see if I get round to it ;) )

Erghhhh yep I'm still in my maternity clothes at the moment :-/ xx
 
Just concentrate on being a mummy & it will slip away I'm sure, I was very naughty all through pregnancy & over Christmas but my overall gain was no more than my pre-wedding weight and I had baby excuse then!!!

Monday:

1.5lb off this week, not bad with my naughty McDonalds, tapas & cakes!! Only 1.5lb until my healthy bmi & 4lb until I'm in the 11's, yay!!

B - none, feeling a bit dodgy this am :-/

Sneaky scale check this morning was showing a whopping 2lb off!! If it stays the same I will be finally in the healthy bmi range and only 2lb away from the 11's.

Will feel sooooo good to be in my final stone range. Who knows I may even head in to the 10's a bit if I'm still feeling good. Think my ideal weight range is 10-12 stone for my height so something like 10st 10lb would be nice.

Not lost that much before but I want to wear a bikini on our holiday in September & feel good about it :)
 
Saturday:

L - half packet pasta'n'sauce with 1/2 hexa milk & 1/2 hexa cheese with salad

D - tikka chicken (hexb) with pilau rice & salad. This was from the Indian but was dry so I think 10 syns should more than cover it!!

S - none, very full from dinner!!!
 
They vary, I had the cheese & broccoli which is free now but if you google there are loads of threads on here that list the current syn values.

I normally add extra cheese to mine to make it more tasty :)
 
Sunday:

No B again!

Monday:

Had a few naughty days the last week so no more!! I need to fit comfortably in my dress for the wedding on 4th April so I need to behave lol.

Scales showed 1lb off this week, I know it's all in the right direction but I know I've been a bit naughty the last week or so.....
