Calling all budding cook enthusiasts

I am completely rubbish with inventing stuff so I was wondering if I could have your help

I have opened the fridge and used up some leftovers to make a jacket potato topping- but there is something missing.

I used half Mayo/half Greek yoghurt, leeks, chopped peppers fried them in garlic then mixed them with left over roast chicken. It tastes nice but needs a zing.

I don't like hot spicy food but do like herbs. I was thinking maybe mango? (I have some frozen mango in the freezer).

Any ideas would be great!!!

Thanks guys. I went for the pepper. I can't believe what a difference it made!! I'm not a lemon lover, so I was a bit scared to try it and ruin my beautiful creation lol

thanks for the comments on my weight loss; it's funny as you are seeing me for the 1st time, 58lbs is great. But because I know I had lost double that only 6 months ago I see it as a failure!

But hey ho ..... Here's to the road to skinnyness
