I have seen a thread on how to make crisps from a soup packet and it states to smear the mixture on baking parchment. Is this greaseproof paper? Also, has anyone tried doing it with oriental chiili flavour?

Yes it is greaseproof paper - I have the brown stuff (which I think is actually called baking parchment but pretty much does the same thing - stops the stuff sticking!)

I was on W8 and used the thai soup pack and it was completely yummy.

    Hope you enjoy it.

Dont use greaseproof hun they stick to it. it is called parchment paper that you need, other wise you will be eating the paper too as is really dosnt come off, yes ive heard people use the chilli soup, good luck ive never had any luck making the crisps.xx
