Starting Cambridge in morning. Wasting hundreds and failed so many times before. Really need help. Plenty of support needed. Getting bigger and bigger....no support from friends and family even though am now clinically obese....

Started this morning...feeling good so far. Just these first few days and I should be ok......?!!!!
