hi would anyone like to do a Christmas challenge starting from this weeks weigh in to December 19th ?

I hope someone will join me seems kind a quiet on here.

I started CWP today though have been on another vlcd lost 4 stone

My goal is to be by Dec 19th 21 lbs lighter

So from Monday 3rd Oct to 19th Dec = 77 days 11 weeks

I have been on SS for 3 weeks now so far lost 12lbs ..
Want to lose 3 stone my Christmas !!

Hi yes I am had 2 days off gained 6 lbs ??? So on day 3 now

oh no!! Were you bad during them 2 days?

Am ok started 4th week yesterday feel quite bloated but hoping to get to my 1 stone loss on next weighing x
