cambridge diet

    hiiii its my second day on the cambridge diet finding it ok actually im 12 st 13 lb and 5.3 my goal weight is 8 st 7 lb im on the soul source plus where i can either have 4 shakes a day or 3 shakes a day plus a 200 cal meal iv chose to do the 4 shakes a day instead so food is completly band from passing my lips lol how much of you have reached your goal on the cambridge diet ? also is it going to get harder i just cant belive how easy it is some hunger pains buti jus drink water and they go... its like my cravings for sweets choc n real food have nt kicked in yet will i get cravings for any of my fav foods on this diet ? is my goal achievable ? :)
