can I have sweetner?

Hi all I'm on day 6 today can't believe I made it to ketoses and the feeling is fantastic ok I'm still aware I'm not eating but otherwise I'm cleaning the house and like I have ants in my pants. Only concern is I'm using sweetner to sweeten the shakes and when I make the muffin otherwise its too salty. I'm worried because sweetner has citric acid in it, which I was told we couldn't have. Please help? Need sweetner yum x

hey hun you can have tablet sweetner but not the powdered stuff. hope that helps.
