Hi everyone

I have been on Cambridge since the end of March and have just hit 4 stone loss after a very slow August.

I've got another 6 or so to loose and hope to get rid of 3 of those by Christmas. I think I am in the right frame of mind now to knuckle down and bite nothing but the bullet (and maybe a few Cranberry Crunch Bars!)

This seems like a really friendly Forum and I would love to join in please.
