Extra Easy can I spend syns on anything I want?

Hi, for the last few nights I've been having 4 squares of dairy milk. 6.5syns. It's from a 400g bar that I got for Xmas. Will it hinder my weight loss eating the same syns everyday?

I don't think so - I used to have a Freddo more or less every night, and it didn't seem to matter for me
