    I thought the ruling was 5' 8" and over - 4 packs a day. I am 5' 10" and on four packs, don't think I could survive on 3.
I'm sure a CDC will be along to clarify, but sure I'm right.
Good luck with your CD journey.

    Hiya Lisa,
first of all well done for getting to day 2 :p

As I understand it if you are 5ft 8 or over, you should be on 4 shakes a day, this is a general rule...

Hopefuly a counsellor will be along soon to confirm that for you :p

    Don't diet anymore!
Any lady 5ft 8inches or taller on sole source should be on 4 packs a day, if you are on 790 then 3 packs is fine.

Also you will find better weight loss on 4 packs than 3 as your body is getting the perfect mix of nutrients to keep your fat boiler ticking over as opposed to 3 packs which would leave you without correct nutrition.

As Mike says, definitely should be 4 packs a day. Without doubt!

I have to have 4 and to be honest I'd never be able to cope on 3 anyway

4 Packs - give your counsellor a call, Note 1 page 3 of the Sole Source booklet.

This is in line with Government recommendations which CD comply with.

Lisa you need to have your 4 packs a day - I know you say your CDC is not there but I'm sure she'll know another CDC near by that can supply you with the extra packs you need. Or maybe you can contact another CDC yourself nearby and explain the situation to her? Otherwise you'll need to do 790 to make sure you're getting all your nutrients.

It's too long to go until Saturday on only 3 packs a day when you're that tall.

Let us know how you get on :)
