can someone read my food diary to see if I'm doing it right I'm new to this :-)

Hi can someone have a look and see if I'm ding extra easy right
I was sleeping at breakfast time

Tuesday

lunch: omelette with frylight red onion mushrooms tomatoes and bacon

Snack: raspberries and strawberrys

Dinner: wholemeal pitta with thins extra light mayo 1than tuna and sweetcorn lettuce tomatoes and 1 laughing cow triangle

Snack: mini Pavlova raspberries and strawberrys 2 tangerines n miller light yoga and a 2finger kitkat


Wednesday

Breakfast

1low fat 30%fat free sausage
4 grilled mushrooms
1 fried egg with fry light
2 bacon no fat

Snack: melons strawberrys raspberries 2finger kitkat and miller light you

Dinner
Chicken strips topped with speed soup and 1large.slice wholemeal bread and. Laughing cow triangle

Snack more fruit same and above and packet ham

just a few things to check are you using lean bacon as all visible fat needs to be removed. where did you buy the pitta as not all are a hex due to fibre content:(

dont forget sweetcorn cant be part of the 1/3 sf due to its carb content but you can still eat it oh and you can have 5 laughing cow light as a hex a try to use your hex a and b as they are there to ensure you get necessary fats fibres vitamins and minerals :)

dont forget to count syns between 5 and 15 a day and most sausages have syns the sainsburys bgty cumberland sausages in fridge section are 1/2 a syn each as are some of the wwatchers ones

and dont for get that 1/3 superfree thats v important as thats what really makes extra easy work and cannot include parsnips peas sweetcorn or avocado

your diary looks pretty damn good though :)

Thanks so I'm sorta on the right track?!I'm only 2days in so still trying to work it out

On.tuesday I counted my suns to 7.5 1for extra light mayo, 1for mini Pavlova and 5.5for kitkat

On Wednesday I counted my syns as 5.5 for kitkat
The pitta is adds chosen by you whole baked

2for.sausage??I.checked and.chose Closest to the book

takes a bit of getting used to but stick at it and it will become second nature before you know it. be careful to watch your portion sizes though - and make sure you have your 1/3 superfree.

maybe try writing the number of syns nextto what you have eaten so you have a quick reference?
