I have some 'Ten Calorie Soups' ( got them pre Cambridge from Morrisons). There is beef, chicken and onion and they are really delicious. Particularly the chicken. I think bouillion has 12 calories per teaspoonful.
so are we allowed the 10 Cal Soups???

Now-how much salt can there possibly be in such a small package Holmes!
( Have you seen my yellow front door Sherlock ? Yes, I hear you say- It's a lemon entry, m'dear Watson!)

2-3g, m'dear Holmes! Check the back of the pack. If it also has glucose syrup and sugar in, it might be a no-no too. I'll step aside and let someone a bit more knowledgeable lead the way now..

Sorry to be burst your bubble but I'm affraid the soups are a no no. :read:

It's the shakes and or bars and plenty of water. If you fancy a bit of flavour why not try some of the cambridge soups? Just grab a glass of that boring stuff called H20 and think of the end result. It will be worth it in the end and we are here to support you through those weak moments.:party0011:

Thanking you both. Glad you had the box Seaneen, I don't have them and any writing on the pack is well too teeny for me to read.
Thank you both-will stop having naughty thoughts now and be a good girl
