I will do my mother hen bit here and say: Do be careful with the lax ones and if you use more than twice a week, think about swapping to movicol or dulcoease. The problem with lax is it doesn't soften the stool so if it's quite hard, it'll feel like it's stuck. If you added a bit of the ease, that'll cover both problems, lax to get it out, ease to make it softer, everyone's a winner LOL!! If you want to try some movicol I've got about a hundred and I could send you a few to see if you like it, PM me if you wanna try em!
