I am new to red days not to slimming world but need a bit of a check

breakfast

fruits of the forest
fromage frais
sweetner

lunch (main meal of the day)
chicken thighs
carrots
mushrooms
parsnips(heb)how many can i have?
garlic cloves and balsamic vinegar

fruit
alpen light (1/2 heb)

tea
prawns with tomato and cucumber
yogurt and melon
alpen light (1/2 heb)

Hea milk in teas

is this ok?

Hi, looks fine although I would throw in some syns lol! If I remember rightly you can have 8oz of parsnips, but do check your healthy b section to double check.
