can you do lipotrimm and cd together

right due to financial reasons i`ve had to stop doing cd for a month
i need desperatley to catch up on finances

any way my brother has offerd me 3 weeks worth of liptotrim, he has got to goal and doesn`t need it anymore
i still have a weeks worth of cd left so am i able to do 1 week of cd and 3 weeks of lipotrim
this will take me up to the end of oct when i will be financially better off and be able to go back on cd again

is it nutritionally the same or will i be missing something

dont want to mix diets if one can harm the other

Hi Kaz, I believe they are nutritionally the same as Lipotrim is a complete meal replacement programme (same as CD and LL)

I dont know what the flavours will be like on Lipotrim.

I'd say if it helps you stick with the diet then use them. This could be the motivational kick you have been waiting for Kaz and will save you from having to come off the diet and then try to get started on it again in a months time.

thanks sam i really really want to succeed and i am so scared of going down hill
my scales to day show no gains i stayed the same so hopefully my maintaining is working

really need to get back on cd asap but impossible to end of oct
hope i can do both diets its only a short time
